Participation in this membership implies acceptance and compliance with the following rules:
  1. Organizer: Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA, with address at Calle 90 # 19-41, Ofc 802, in the City of Bogotá. GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN (the Organizer) welcomes you to this new Blue and White experience.
 
1.1. The objective Being a member of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO means proudly carrying the unique and exclusive Card for our members, living exclusive experiences and a world of benefits with all our partner brands, accompanied by exclusive content and the scoop on the team's daily life, raffles, surprises and more.

1.2. Subscription to the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership is governed by these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the Millonarios Store published and accessible on the website. “www.tiendamillonarios.com.co”. The purchase of Membership by any natural person implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The value of membership in the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO membership is $129,900 Colombian pesos and/or $35.00 YOU. This value may be updated freely and at any time by the Organizer.

In any case, the conditions, instructions, mechanics, prizes, raffles and experiences may change at any time and without prior notice, simply publishing them by the Organizer in the space designated for this purpose.
1.4. FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO reserves the right to belong, obtain, cancel, modify the rules, continue and cancel the membership subscription at the time it deems appropriate Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA and at any time if exceptional circumstances arise, communicating such circumstances to avoid any harm to the members.

Minors may be beneficiaries of the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO program. For all the above purposes, whoever accepts these terms and conditions in the name and representation of a minor beneficiary of the HINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO program, declares under the seriousness of an oath that he or she holds the legal representation and parental authority of said minor, a situation that he or she swears with the simple acceptance of these terms and conditions.
For the purposes of subscribing to the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO membership, only the registration forms that members complete in all mandatory fields in a truthful and up-to-date manner will be considered valid. Inaccurate data will not be admitted and in the event of inaccuracy, membership will be canceled at the discretion of the Organizer without any penalty or compensation payable by Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA.
GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN will be able to freely select some of the content sent by affiliates to share them on their dissemination channels (app, website, social networks, etc.).
Affiliates may cancel their membership subscription to HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, but in no case will any money be refunded or replaced with any material goods.
In the event that the minor member is the winner of prizes and/or activities that in the opinion of Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA are not suitable for the age, they may be: (i) compensated with another prize and/or (ii) transferred to the father or mother of the minor member, and/or (iii) if applicable, the accompaniment of the father or mother of the member may be allowed, although in this case the companion must assume all the corresponding expenses. to the activity, including but not limited to, transportation and maintenance. It will be solely and exclusively Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA who, at their free discretion, will determine the way to substitute the prize and/or activity.
  1. The affiliates of HINCHA EMBJADOR DORADO assign free of charge and irrevocably to HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO and/or Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA any type of rights that, if applicable, may correspond to them with respect to the contents presented to Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA to through this membership program and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, disclosure and making available to the public, as well as the right of transformation, including telecommunications networks and the Internet, for the entire world and up to its passage into the public domain, and the organizer may assign and transfer by any means and license such rights to third parties without any present and/or future limitations.
  1. The GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT will be delivered to whoever completes the steps detailed in the point 1.1 – 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 of this document. The cost of shipping nationwide to the member's home address of any physical item is not included in the value paid at the time of joining the membership, as well as transportation insurance. Likewise, if it is an International shipment, all shipping and transportation insurance costs will be assumed by the affiliate. The Organizer sends the WELCOME KIT TO FAN AMBASSADOR DORADO by shipping through transport companies, or direct delivery to the address in Colombia that the affiliates have indicated when registering their data when purchasing the membership. At the time of delivery of the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT, members must sign a delivery receipt for it, even though the carrier's guide will suffice as full proof of its delivery.
However, all those costs that arise from the affiliation in the subscription of the membership to FINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, from obtaining and withdrawing the WELCOME KIT TO FINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, as well as any tax, fee, contribution, tariff or sum of money that must currently be paid or be imposed in the future on the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT, will be the exclusive responsibility of the new affiliates. If applicable, the Organizer may withhold any amount, in the form of taxes or withholdings, in accordance with what may be established by current applicable regulations. Likewise, the Organizer will not cover any expense or benefit not expressly included, even if said expense is related to the use or enjoyment of the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership subscription. Any expense that is not expressly borne by the Organizer will be the exclusive responsibility of the affiliate.
The approximate delivery times of the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT after having purchased the membership subscription they will be:

The membership and benefits will be active to be used within a period of 12 hours after the payment has been made and the transaction has been approved or, failing that, when the system validates the payment, the email is generated and received. confirmation and welcome you can start enjoying the benefits.   1. The Organizer will not be responsible of damages, losses or losses caused to the member or to third parties, in their persons or property, due to or on the occasion of the use of the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, or in relation to participation in the membership and/or in its activities, nor due to failures in communication equipment, power supply, telephone lines, the Internet network, nor due to technical defects, human errors or deliberate actions of third parties that could interrupt or alter the normal development of the membership.
  1. The allied brands of the loyalty plan will not in any case represent HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO and therefore we are not responsible for the content published on their digital platforms or their usual advertising.

The affiliate expressly and irrevocably exempts from any type of responsibility and will hold the organizer harmless from any claim as a result of damages that may arise from the activity that will be carried out in accordance with the subscription to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO.
  1. Personal data protection: PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
AZUL & BLANCO MILLONARIOS FCSA will be the Data Controller for affiliates of the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO campaign and, as such, may collect, store, use, circulate and ultimately dispose of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising, marketing and loyalty. .
By accepting the terms and conditions, the owner states that he or she has been informed that, in the case of collection of sensitive information such as biometric data, he or she has the right to answer or not the questions asked and to deliver or not the requested data. RIGHTS OF THE OWNER
Your rights as data owner are those provided for in the Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, especially the following:

  5. e) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual duty that makes it imperative to retain the information.
  6. f) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data or about data of children and adolescents.

  1. Affiliate Image: By subscribing to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, the affiliate gives his or her authorization to the Organizer for the public dissemination, transmission, retransmission, reproduction or publication of the filming, photographs, images or recordings of his or her image and/or voice and/or Data that obtain the Organizer for the celebration and/or execution of the membership, in any and any media (visual, audio or other including presentations on air television, antenna, cable, satellite, radio, Internet, etc.), with any purpose, during the Term of the subscription to the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership and up to three (3) years after its termination, without the right to claim compensation or any compensation, even when the affiliate understands and irrevocably accepts that your image, voice and/or data may continue to circulate indefinitely on social networks and media in general, even after the aforementioned three (3) years without the right to claim, compensation or any compensation.

Otherwise, they undertake to hold the Organizer harmless from any claim that third parties may make for this reason.
The organizer reserves the right to use the names, surnames and image of the affiliates to reproduce them and use them in any public-promotional activity related to the subscription to the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership, or with other activities of the Club Millonarios FC SA without that said use confers the right to remuneration or any benefit.

The organizer may use the names, surnames and image of the members on the societies' website and in other media and supports that they consider relevant and/or appropriate.
  1. Any abusive, fraudulent or contrary to good faith conduct will authorize the Organizer to disqualify the affiliate engaged in any of said conduct from the subscription to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, with any decision in that regard being subject to the free discretion of the Organizer.
Any attempt or method of participation in the subscription to the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership that is carried out through any affiliation process, technique or mechanics other than that detailed in these rules is prohibited and will be annulled. The use of techniques of a robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, mechanized or similar nature will lead to the cancellation of all registrations made by the affiliate, and their subscription may also be cancelled.
Likewise, the incorrect, incomplete and/or false upload of one or more of the Data necessary for affiliation in this subscription to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO will make all affiliations that correspond to that affiliate invalid.
  1. Modification or Suspension of the subscription to the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FINCHA membership : The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules in whole or in part and even to suspend the subscription to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, temporarily or permanently, when situations arise that are not attributable to itself or not provided for in the rules or that constitute fortuitous event or force majeure that justify it, giving, where appropriate, due communication through the website, and/or by message to the email address registered by the affiliate, and/or by a means considered suitable by the Organizer.
Affiliates who wish to cancel their active subscription must give notice of their decision no later than 2 (Two) months before the renewal of their annual membership via email to fanembajadordorado@millonarios.com.co requesting the cancellation of your subscription to the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO membership.
  1. For any judicial matter that may arise from subscribing to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO, the affiliates and the Organizer will submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Republic of Colombia.
  1. EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA and in general the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO program together with its officials, collaborators and advisors are exonerated from any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be suffered by the affiliate of the HINCHA EMBASSADOR membership subscription. DORADO including any action or omission not attributable to FINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO during the enjoyment of membership and with the limits established in the applicable regulations.
Affiliates who subscribe to the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO membership exonerate Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA and the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO program in general, along with its officials, collaborators and advisors from any type of liability, sanction, claim, demand or civil, commercial, criminal, administrative or any other cause, including compensation of any type and any other types of expenses in which they may be involved as a result of and on the occasion of this subscription to the membership of HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO.
Consequently, Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA and the HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO program in general, together with its officials, collaborators and advisors, are exempt from any type of responsibility from the moment the affiliation to HINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO becomes effective. The affiliate may not take any type of legal action against Azul & Blanco Millonarios FC SA and in general the FINCHA EMBASSADOR DORADO program, together with its officials, collaborators and advisors whose reason arises from the affiliation.
  1. WARRANTY IN THE WELCOME KIT
  • For warranty claims or changes to the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT, the member has 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If located in Bogotá, the affiliate must bring the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO WELCOME KIT to any of the Organizer's physical stores.
  • If you are outside Bogotá, you must send an email to the address: fanemambajadordorado@millonarios.com.co
with the subject: return or exchange of the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT indicating the reason. The response will indicate the steps to follow.
  • The customer must assume the value of the corresponding shipping.
  • In any case, the purchase invoice must be presented, the FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO WELCOME KIT must be in perfect condition, clean, with the original box or bag (if applicable).
  • In the event of a warranty claim, it will be evaluated by our technical department and its response will be given in accordance with the legal deadlines, terms and conditions. If the problem is due to the material, manufacturing and/or printing, the exchange request will be attended to as long as the product has been purchased at www.tiendamillonarios.com.co or in our physical stores.
  • No guarantee money is refunded unless the Organizer decides so.
  • If the problem presented by THE FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO WELCOME KIT was caused by not following the care and/or washing instructions for the garment or by exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, bleach, ironing, use of chemicals in deodorants and makeup, faded by direct drying in the sun, or if the appliqués and/or prints were ironed directly, etc. The claim will not be accepted.

  • Within this period, the new WELCOME KIT will be dispatched and/or the reasons for the refusal of the guarantee request will be sent.
  • The product must NOT show signs of use, dirt, bad smell or wear, it must retain the original label and all its labels.
FINCHA AMBASSADOR DORADO gives its clients the possibility of requesting a refund of their money for the purposes of the right of withdrawal or reversal in online purchases.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The Consumer Statute in article 47 stipulates the “right of withdrawal”. This right is exercised at the client's will and without the need to establish just cause.
  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised in purchases made by non-traditional or distance means (including electronic commerce).
  • The client must return the GOLDEN AMBASSADOR FAN WELCOME KIT acquired by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it.
  • The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the FINCHA AMBASSADOR WELCOME KIT will be covered by the client.
  • The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal and return of the WELCOME KIT will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the product.   • If, on the other hand, you are located outside of Bogotá, you must follow the following steps:

  • NOTE: It will not be possible to refund money for the right of withdrawal when the purchase of a product is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that FINCHA EMBAJADOR DORADO cannot control (international purchases).
  • PAYMENT REVERSAL: It will operate in the cases and with the conditions established for this purpose by the Consumer Statute of the Republic of Colombia.
  • For the reversal of the payment to proceed, within five (5) business days from the date on which the consumer became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited operation or that he should have received the product or received it defective or without the corresponding product. as requested.

  • When the consumer of the product is not the owner of the payment instrument, the notification to the issuer must be made by the owner of the financial product and he or she in turn participates in the process.
  • NOTE: Payment reversal will not proceed when the purchase has been made in person or through a channel that is not considered electronic, nor when the payment has been made through an in-person channel.
